By using the CarePath World Wide website you agree to use it only for lawful purposes related to seeking or facilitating medical travel and treatment coordination in Egypt. CarePath World Wide facilitates introductions between patients and partner hospitals; it does not itself provide medical diagnosis or treatment, and outcomes remain the responsibility of the treating hospital and medical staff. Agency and admin accounts are personal to the registered user and must not be shared. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit through the booking or registration forms. CarePath World Wide's liability in connection with the website and the services it facilitates is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without prejudice to any separate partnership agreement you may have signed.
Privacy Policy
We collect the information you provide when booking a treatment inquiry (name, passport number, contact details, medical documents you upload) or registering an agency (business and contact details), in order to coordinate your treatment or manage your referral partnership. Your information is shared only with the partner hospital and staff directly involved in your case, or as required by law. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Uploaded medical documents and bank receipts are stored securely and accessed only by authorized CarePath staff for the purpose of processing your case. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us using the details below, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
